Well, to make a long story short, I was having minor problems with the support system on the Xbox homesite. But luckily the guys on the support phone, and I apologize for the bad pun, was very supportive.
So now I await for some new updates, but in overall it's been taken care of. After the Xbox's been picked up for repairs, I shall wait two-three weeks. I'm not sure if it's true, but I kinda hope that I might get a whole new console that doesn't have the same problem that most Xbox has, and that basically the hardrive is alittle flawed which is quite a lot moe usual than I thought.
But still, I'm quite happy now that the problem is now fixed and all I have to do is wait...
